Terms and Conditions for Supreme Furniture Review & Receive.

1. The Review & Receive Promotion is organized by Supreme Furniture and is valid for purchases made from any Supreme Furniture Store.
2. To participate, customers must make a purchase from a Supreme Furniture Store and receive a receipt with a QR code.
3. Customers are required to scan the QR code and submit a review of the purchased product on a designated review platform, such as Product Review.
4. After submitting the review, customers are eligible to claim a Bonus Gift from the store of their original purchase. The specific gift will be determined by Supreme Furniture.
5. As part of the bonus offer, customers who submit a review with a photo of the product being reviewed will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $100 Voucher.
6. The Bonus Gift is non-changeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
7. To claim the Bonus Gift, customers must present the review to the store within 48 hours of posting the review.
8. The photo submitted with the review must be of the product being reviewed to be eligible for the draw.
9. Reviews must be submitted between 1st August 2023 and 31st October 2023 to qualify for the promotion.
10. The draw for eligible reviews will be conducted on 1st November 2023. The winner of the $100 Voucher will be randomly selected.
11. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the review submission process.
12. Supreme Furniture reserves the right to request verification of the review and photo submission for validation purposes.
13. Any false or misleading reviews or photos will disqualify the participant from the promotion.
14. The $100 Voucher prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by Supreme Furniture.
15. By participating in the Review & Receive Promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
