How do I request a Price Match?
If you find a cheaper price online or in-store for an identical or comparable product, we’ll price match it! Simply show the lower price, including any freight or other charges, to one of our Team in-store or via online chat, and we’ll price match it.
Conditions and exclusions from the Price Match Guarantee?
Supreme Furniture reserves the right to refuse a price match that would result in financial loss. Supreme Furniture will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical branded and stocked product subject to the following conditions:
- The product is identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour.
- The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rain checks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges insurance and handling.
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
- If either the competitor’s product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (i.e. offers) then both offers must be identical.
- The competitors’ retail premises must be in Australia, at which you are seeking the price match or be an Australian website capable of delivering to your residence.
- Excludes competitor websites that don’t have a retail store in Australia.
- Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty-free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount.
- Excludes cash-back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor’s vendors.
- The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Supreme Furniture.
- We can consider the value of any cash backs, discounts or vouchers offered by Supreme Furniture or it’s vendors.
- The Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
